

The Training Division announces the Internship Program at the Vietnamese Embassy in the United Arab Emirates for K49 - K50 students as follows:
1. General requirements
Third- or fourth-year students, or graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following majors: International Relations, English Linguistics, International Communication;
Strong reading, writing, and translation skills in English;
Good analytical and critical thinking skills;
Demonstrated willingness to learn and a strong sense of responsibility.
2. Job description
Interns will assist with research activities, including:
Collecting and synthesizing documents on key policy topics related to the UAE and Jordan (e.g., political - social developments, economic/science/technology strategies, new development cooperation strategies of major powers and ASEAN countries toward the region, information on market needs - particularly sectors where Việt Nam has export strengths) under the guidance of research officers;
Participating in and supporting communication activities (drafting content for the Embassy’s social media channels) under the supervision of communication officers;
Assisting with translation of certain civil documents and consular paperwork as assigned by consular staff.

4. Internship duration
Internship period: 29 August - 29 November 2025;
Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday;
Daily working hours: 12:00 - 16:00 (Vietnam time).
5. Internship modality: Online (remote internship)

Selected students will receive an official notification email within 5 - 7 working days after the application deadline;
To ensure fairness and seriousness in internship registration, students who apply, are selected, but then decline to participate will not be considered for future internship rounds;
Selected interns will be under the supervision of the Training Division and the host institution. Interns are required to maintain professionalism, submit internship reports, and fully comply with all internship regulations and procedures. Violations will be handled depending on severity;
The selection of interns depends on multiple factors, including the actual requirements of the host institution. However, to encourage student participation, the Training Division may also take into consideration cases where students have applied many times but have not been selected. Students must provide truthful information regarding the number of times they have registered.
