From 28 May to 2 June 2026, under the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam (DAV) and Clingendael Academy (the Netherlands) on the “Train the Trainers in International Law Programme”, funded by the Embassy of the Netherlands in Viet Nam, the Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam and Clingendael Academy co-organized traning course “Maritime Governance and International Law: Skills Training”. The course marked the final activity of the DAV-Clingendael cooperation programme for the period 2022–2026.
