As the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ institution for diplomatic training, strategic research and foreign policy advisory, the DAV plays an important role in developing diplomatic personnel, conducting research on international affairs, and promoting academic exchanges and cooperation with international partners.

Under the MoU, the two Academies will promote exchanges of delegations, experts, lecturers and trainees; share experience in training and research; jointly organise academic activities; and exchange views on international and regional issues of mutual interest.

The signing of the MoU will strengthen ties between the diplomatic and academic communities of the two countries while further advancing the DAV’s efforts to expand its international cooperation network, thereby contributing to the consolidation of the bonds of friendship and cooperation between Viet Nam and Panama./.
