Throughout the event, participants listened to and exchanged real-world experiences in the talk show “Internship Stories”, challenged themselves through the Mock Interview session simulating real job applications, explored the DiscoverU Portfolio - a personality profile developed by HRC DAV and engaged in 1:1 IKIGAI analysis to identify a career direction that aligns with their unique strengths. The shared takeaway was the message “Know Yourself to Know Your Career”: when we understand who we are, we know what we are suited for, what we need to develop, and which path is truly right for us. Internships are not only about gaining work experience; they are also an opportunity to understand our own capabilities and values, thereby shaping our future career choices.
HRC DAV hopes that Discover-U Coffee Chat has brought fresh perspectives, valuable insights, and a great deal of inspiration and motivation to help students confidently step into their upcoming internship journey.
