Equipping Diplomacy Academy students with a "Digital Toolkit" through the workshop "Using Digital Tools in Job Search and Application"

On April 9, 2025, the Workshop "Using Digital Tools in Job Search and Application" was successfully held with the companionship of two experienced speakers in the field of human resources: Ms. Phạm Thị Minh Hiền - Head of Recruitment Consultant at FPT - iVIEC for Business and Mr. Hoàng Ngọc Khánh - Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at FPT Retail, along with the presence of more than 100 Academy students.

Through the Workshop, students had the opportunity to listen to shares on effective methods of exploiting online job search platforms, building professional application profiles, as well as strategies to leverage digital networks to increase career opportunities - especially how to apply artificial intelligence (AI) in optimising CVs. Moreover, the opportunity to review and correct CVs and ask questions directly with the two speakers helped answer questions in the personnel selection process, thereby improving the application capacity of Diplomacy students in a volatile digital environment.
