

The signing ceremony took place in the main hall of the Faculty of Communication Arts in Bangkok, with delegations from both institutions in attendance. Representing Chulalongkorn University were Mr. Preeda Akarachantachote, Dean of the Faculty, and Mr. Grisana Punpeng, Director of the International Joint Programs, alongside a diverse group of lecturers and specialists from multiple countries. On the side of DAV, the delegation included Dr. Vũ Tuấn Anh, Dean of the Faculty of International Communication and Culture; Mr. Nguyễn Đồng Anh, Vice Dean; Mr. Đặng Trung Dũng, First Secretary of the Embassy of Vietnam in Thailand; as well as a team of young faculty members with multidisciplinary expertise.

Chulalongkorn University, Thailand’s oldest and one of its most prestigious universities, is widely recognized for its rigorous student selection process and outstanding academic reputation. The Faculty of Communication Arts has long served as a launching pad for numerous distinguished talents in the region.

The signing of the MOU reinforces the Diplomatic Academy’s strategic orientation toward international integration and provides a framework for academic collaboration between the two faculties. This partnership opens opportunities for student and faculty exchanges, joint research initiatives, and collaborative training programs. It also represents a key milestone in the Faculty of International Communication and Culture’s plan to expand cooperation with leading institutions in ASEAN countries, aiming to enhance the quality of education and foster regional connectivity in communication and cultural studies.
