Personal Development Journey Program with Ambassadors

To help DAV’s students understand their own values, strengths and weaknesses so that they can orient towards their careers appropriately as well as increasing opportunities of success in the future, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV) hold an event entitled "Personal Development Journey with Ambassadors" for students of high-quality classes (intakes 46 and 47).

This is an opportunity for students to directly learn valuable knowledge and experiences from ambassadors, and get instructed on life skills, work skills and build a roadmap as well as a plan for personal and career development comprehensively.

Requirements: 

- Being students of high-quality classes from all majors (intake 46 and 47)

- Having a good academic record, a desire to develop self-values and succeed in career

- Committing to completing plans and roadmaps under Ambassadors' advice.

1. Program format and duration:

- Each ambassador works with 3 - 5 students.

- Duration: During 1 year, equivalent to 2 semesters.

2. Student’s responsibilities:

- During 01 year of participating in the program, the students are responsible for completing their goals and development plans under the consultation of the ambassador.

- The students write diaries about "Personal Development Journey with Ambassador"

- The students write a report on the program included feedback from the ambassador.
