

Staying true to the nature of a cultural diplomacy event, this year's International Food Festival drew large public crowds who came to participate, learn about, and experience the culinary cultures of various countries firsthand. Over a hundred food stalls captivated guests with their unique flavors and vibrant diversity.
Participating at the Vietnam booth, GD members actively contributed to the program by selling "Cốm" (Young Sticky Rice) and "Xôi Cốm" (Young Sticky Rice Glutinous Rice) - timeless culinary traditions of Hanoians. These two dishes attracted significant attention from a large number of guests and successfully showcased the appeal of these local specialties to both domestic and international friends.
