

On September 21, 2019 in Quy Nhon City (Binh Dinh), Hanoi Law University held a conference “Law training in the context of building the rule of law, international integration and networking of law training department in Vietnam”. The meeting brought together many representatives from more than 80 law training institutions across the country, in which representatives from the Diplomatic Academy, Ms. Trinh Hai Yen, Deputy Head of the International Law Faculty also attended the meeting.
The conference was organized to share experiences in law training in the conditions of building the rule of law and international integration in many fields; linking schools to build ideas towards the goal of connecting the network of law training institutions across the country. The content of the conference mentioned and discussed many major issues that law training institutions across the country are facing and are concerned about. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Hang, Head of Law Faculty of Foreign Trade University and PhD. Trinh Hai Yen has a speech emphasizing connecting and establishing a community to support students participating in hypothetical litigation competitions, thereby proposing solutions to enhance training of international litigation skills to help Law students have an environment to practice and develop litigation skills towards the goal of a team of lawyers capable of international litigation.

Currently there are more than 80 law training institutions, each one has strengths, good experiences, valuable lessons in training, legal science research, university administration, quality assurance, and different resources. It can be said that the conference took place successfully when it received many comments and shares from leaders from law training institutions across the country that are connected with the same goal of developing law training in the current international integration context.
