The Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam has been awarded Certificates of Programme Accreditation for 5 majors

On June 8, 2021. in Hanoi, The Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam received the Certificate of Programme Accreditation by the Centre for Education Accreditation - Association of Vietnamese Universities and Colleges, following the standards specified in Circular 04/2016/TT-BGDĐT dated March 14, 2016, by the Ministry of Education and Training, for 5 undergraduate programs in the fields of International Relations; International Law; International Communication; International Economics; and English Linguistics.

After completing the accreditation process and receiving the Certificate of Programme Accreditation for educational institutions on April 22, 2020, based on the standards outlined in Circular 12/2017 TT-BGDĐT by the Centre for Education Accreditation, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam identified the continued promotion of quality accreditation for the 5 key Training programs of the Academy as an important activity to enhance the quality of education and a prerequisite for implementing the university's autonomy policy.

With the attention and close guidance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Training, and with the determination and outstanding efforts of the Academy's Board of Directors, as well as all staff, lecturers, and employees of the Academy, the quality accreditation process for the 5 training programs was promptly implemented and The Self-Assessment Reports of the 5 training programs were completed in nearly a year.

From January 18, 2021, to January 29, 2021, an External Evaluation Team from the Centre for Education Accreditation - Association of Vietnamese Universities and Colleges conducted an official survey. In April 2021, the Education Accreditation Council approved the External Evaluation Report for the 5 training programs.

The recognition by a reputable accreditation organisation in Vietnam that the 5 training programs of the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam meet the quality standards of the Ministry of Education and Training is a commendable acknowledgement of the quality of the training, scientific research, and community service activities of the training programs at the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. This also provides a basis for the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam to orient and continue to improve the quality of education with the determination to achieve the goals outlined in the university's development strategy, moving towards accrediting the training programs according to the standards of the ASEAN University Network (AUN) and other international standards. This good news is a timely encouragement for this year's Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam enrollment program.
