

The workshop offered participants the opportunity to explore and experience Japanese culinary culture firsthand, especially Ehoumaki sushi rolls (恵方巻) – a traditional and iconic Japanese dish. Attendees were guided through ingredient preparation, cooking, and rolling techniques, combining practical experience with cultural knowledge.


Beyond culinary exploration, the event also provided a space for members to interact, connect, and strengthen the bond between ChuraChura and the wider community of students interested in Japanese culture in Hanoi. The workshop not only served as an engaging and educational activity but also contributed to building a stronger, more connected community, paving the way for future collaborative events.
