Understand deposit insurance policy

     Addressing at the opening remarks, Deputy Director of the branch Mr. Bui Duc Hanh said that this is a special program to enhance legal policy education in general and particularly raising the awareness of the students who are both the future owners of the country and the potential depositors.

     Representative from the Vietnam Deposit Insurance Fund Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy presented souvenirs and flowers to the academy, marking the formation of a program, creating a foundation for long term cohesion and cooperation between the two sides.

     Speaking at the program, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Lan Dung, Vice President of the academy reviewed the development and achievements of DAV as well as affirming its key role in research. Besides, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Lan Dung also expressed her wish to cooperate and congratulated the successful development of the Vietnam Deposit Insurance Fund. She also hoped to have more practical get-to-know programs to create opportunities for students to directly participate to learn and improve their knowledge.

     At the event, the students of DAV had an opportunity to exchange, learn and expand their knowledge about laws and policies of deposit insurance in Vietnam. They also had the chance to listen to Mr.Huy’s sharings and interacted with the organizers through quick multiple-choice questions. Through these activities, the students wished to partially find their own orientation when participating in the insurance programs in the future.
