About FOSET

FOSET (Foreign Service Training Department) is a unit of the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. FOSET's mission is to provide quality training in areas of foreign affairs knowledge and skills, as well as foreign languages, especially translation and interpreting skills for officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, officials in charge of foreign affairs of other ministries, government agencies, municipal departments, and organizations or individuals according to state regulations.

Divisions

1. Division of  Foreign Affairs Training
The Division's missions are to advise, organize and manage the training courses for MOFA officials and officials in charge of foreign affairs of other ministries, government agencies, municipal departments, and organizations or individuals in need.

2. Division of Foreign Language Translation and Interpreting skills
The Division's missions are especially to advise, organize and manage the training courses on foreign languages, translation and interpreting skills for MOFA officials and officials in charge of foreign affairs of other ministries, government agencies, municipal departments, and organizations or individuals in need.
