The meaning and approach to the concept of “geo-strategy” have also evolved. Identifying these new developments in understanding the concept provides insights for Vietnam, highlighting both opportunities and challenges from now until 2030, with a vision extending to 2045.

In recent years, knowledge and information have increasingly become decisive resources. The Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) differs fundamentally from previous industrial revolutions in both its speed of development and the depth of its impact. At the same time, geographical factors such as seas and oceans are playing an increasingly important role in shaping the destinies of many nations. Accordingly, the meaning and approach to the concept of “geo-strategy” have also evolved. Identifying these new developments in understanding the concept provides insights for Vietnam, highlighting both opportunities and challenges from now until 2030, with a vision extending to 2045.
