Standing Deputy Minister Bui Thanh Son hands over the decision to transfer and appoint department-level officials

At the ceremony, Standing Deputy Minister Bui Thanh Son handed the decision to appoint Mr. Le Dinh Tinh, Acting Director of the Institute of Strategic Studies, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, Director of the Institute of Strategic Studies, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.

Permanent Deputy Minister Bui Thanh Son handed the decision to appoint Mr. Pham Toan Thang, former Counselor of the Ambassador - the second Vietnamese Embassador to the Netherlands, after his term and now back return, Deputy Director of the Europe Department.

Permanent Deputy Minister Bui Thanh Son handed the decision to appoint Ms. Bui Thi Hue, former Counselor of the Vietnam Embassy in the United States, returning from her term, Deputy Director, Deputy Chief of the Office of the National Border Committee.

Standing Deputy Minister Bui Thanh Son handed the decision to appoint Mr. Duong Chinh Chuc, apprentice Deputy Director, Head of Department of Northeast Asia, held the position of Deputy Director of Northeast Asia Department.

Standing Deputy Minister Bui Thanh Son Tap gave the decision to appoint Mr. Do Nam Trung, apprentice Deputy Director, Head of Department of Northeast Asia, as Deputy Director of Northeast Asia Department.

Permanent Deputy Minister Bui Thanh Son congratulated the officers who were transferred and appointed to new positions; affirming that this is the confidence of of the Party Committee officials and leaders of the Ministry in the quality and capacity of those receiving these decisions. He hopes that newly appointed cadres will do their best to build a solidarity unit, continue to contribute to the ministry's political tasks, and to the overall success of the country’s foreign affairs.

On behalf of the Department-level officials receiving the decision, Mr. Le Dinh Tinh expressed his honor to be assigned new tasks by the Ministry's leaders; affirmed to try his best to complete the assigned work well, worthy of the trust from the leaders of the Ministry.
