Team U50 with the project “TAVA – Workplace English for Professionals”
Implemented by:
In the context of Vietnam’s rapidly growing English-learning market, most existing applications and training programs primarily target students or focus on standardized test preparation such as IELTS or TOEIC. Meanwhile, working professionals—particularly those aged 30 to 45—who need English for real workplace communication (emails, meetings, presentations, negotiations, and daily professional interactions) remain underserved by solutions that truly align with their time constraints and practical needs.

Identifying this gap, Team U50 developed TAVA—a workplace English learning application designed specifically for professionals. The project is built around four core values: efficiency, accuracy, time optimization, and affordability. Rather than requiring fixed study schedules, TAVA integrates English learning seamlessly into users’ daily work routines.
Project Concept and Key Features
TAVA focuses on helping users learn English through real work situations, emphasizing immediate applicability over abstract theory. The application is structured around three main feature groups:
Through these features, TAVA enables working professionals to improve their English competence directly within their professional environment, minimizing learning disruption while maximizing practical outcomes.

Educational and Social Value
Beyond language improvement, TAVA contributes to enhancing professional communication quality, reducing misunderstandings in specialized contexts, and supporting career advancement in an increasingly globalized workplace. The project reflects a learner-centered approach that prioritizes real needs, real contexts, and real results.
