  • Pham Thi Xuan Nhung (KDQT49C10309)

Within the framework of the competition “Students with Entrepreneurial Ideas in the Field of Education 2025” organized by the Faculty of English, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, Team TED introduced TEACHI – a digital education platform aimed at supporting and fostering sustainable professional development for foreign language teachers, particularly young and part-time instructors.

Project Concept and Objectives

TEACHI is designed as a 3-in-1 platform for teachers, integrating:

  • AI-powered lesson planning tools aligned with CEFR/VSTEP standards, helping teachers save time and standardize teaching content;
  • A pedagogical training and professional development system, including learning modules, expert mentoring, and certification mechanisms;
  • A teacher–learner marketplace, enabling teachers to proactively select suitable classes while allowing parents and learners to access qualified teachers in a transparent and reliable manner.

The project originates from the realities of the foreign language education market in Vietnam, where young teachers often face challenges such as limited access to professional support tools, unstable income, and difficulties in building long-term professional credibility. TEACHI seeks to address these issues by placing teachers at the center of a comprehensive digital education ecosystem.

Key Values of TEACHI

Through the integration of technology and pedagogy, TEACHI delivers multiple values:

  • For teachers: reduced lesson preparation workload, improved teaching quality, greater autonomy in career development, and sustainable professional credibility;
  • For learners and parents: access to well-matched, verified teachers, minimizing risks associated with freelance teaching arrangements;
  • For society: contributions to the standardization of foreign language education quality, in line with national orientations on enhancing English proficiency and applying digital technologies in education.

In addition, the project features a clear implementation roadmap, a flexible business model, and strong scalability potential, particularly in the context of the rapid growth of EdTech and artificial intelligence in education.
