As part of the program, members of the delegation offered incense at the Temple of President Ho Chi Minh and visited Pac Bo Cave, Lenin Stream - historic sites associated with the early and arduous days of the Vietnamese revolutionary movement. The delegation also visited Tra Linh Border Gate in Trung Khanh District and the Na Doong - Na Ray cross-border passage, followed by an incense-offering ceremony at Tra Linh Martyrs’ Cemetery. Witnessing the sacred border markers and hearing stories of past sacrifices made to safeguard the nation’s frontiers further inspired the young diplomats to strive harder in their studies and professional efforts, continuing to uphold and advance the legacy of previous generations.

Upholding the active role of youth in community service, the Youth Union of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs visited local policy beneficiary families on the occasion of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27). The delegation also presented a “Diplomatic Bookshelf” and various essential items to disadvantaged students at Lung Kinh Primary School in Quang Han Commune, Trung Khanh District. During the trip, the delegation also met with officials and youth from the Department of Foreign Affairs of Cao Bang Province and Tra Linh Border Guard Station, and visited Ban Gioc Waterfall. Vibrant cultural exchange activities strengthened mutual understanding and solidarity among participants.

The Organizing Committee extends its sincere appreciation to the benefactors within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, youth members of various units under the Ministry, lecturers and students of the Diplomatic Academy, mass organizations, and program sponsors - including Dutch Lady Milk Company, Tri Viet Culture & Creativity Co., Ltd., and partners in Cao Bang Province - for their valuable support, which contributed significantly to the program’s smooth and meaningful implementation.
The program concluded successfully in a warm and engaging atmosphere, leaving a lasting positive impact through practical volunteer activities. It affirmed the strong bonds among the youth of the diplomatic service, Cao Bang provincial youth, and youth organizations nationwide, while highlighting the spirit of confidence, resilience, and dedication that characterizes young Vietnamese diplomats.
