• Ms. Bui Kim Thuy – Director, Song Kim Communications and Consulting, with extensive experience in branding, communications management, and business development

🎯 Opening the program, the two speakers engaged students in “decoding” the overall landscape of career decision-making. They shared personal reflections and meaningful memories associated with the Diplomatic Academy, and how those formative years shaped their career trajectories in ways best aligned with their strengths and aspirations.

🔥 With the energetic atmosphere of Workshop 04, the speakers continued by highlighting the distinct characteristics of the public and private sectors, emphasizing that each path offers its own development opportunities. In a rapidly evolving labor market, students are encouraged to proactively position themselves, cultivate flexible career mindsets, and build competencies that respond to recruitment trends. Thorough preparation, a willingness to learn, and adaptability will empower young people to confidently choose the path that suits them and excel in the future.

📊 The program grew even more engaging during the Q&A session, which featured dynamic exchanges and diverse perspectives on career opportunities in both sectors. Questions focused on career orientation, essential skills, and development prospects drew strong interest from students. With practical experience, the speakers addressed each question openly and offered inspiring guidance on breakthrough thinking in an increasingly competitive environment. Closing the event, the Organizing Committee expressed sincere appreciation to the speakers for their contributions and heartfelt insights that provided students with clearer motivation and direction.

🌿 Workshop FOIEvolution 04 on the theme “Careers in the Public and Private Sectors” concluded in a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere, offering students of the Diplomatic Academy valuable perspectives on career choices and renewed motivation to pursue their aspirations.
