Attending the program, from the Diplomatic Academy, were Ms. Do Tu Hien - Probationary Deputy Chief of the Office of the Diplomatic Academy, Mr. Phan Vu Tuan Anh - Acting Head of the Department of Chinese Language, Ms. Tran Ngoc Ninh - Deputy Head of the Department of Chinese Language, and lecturers from the Department of Chinese Language. Guest attendees included Ms. Ta Xuan Huy - Specialist from the Confucius Institute at Hanoi University.
The exploration activity consisted of four main contents: Experiencing the art of paper cutting, knot weaving, lantern decorating, and wearing Chinese Hanfu.
In the first part of the program, students learned about Chinese paper cutting and knot-weaving art. After detailed introductions to the origin and characteristics of these art forms, students were able to personally create their own paper cutting and knot weaving works under the enthusiastic guidance and support of the lecturers and experts.

In the next part, the Organizing Committee prepared lantern tools, along with brushes, pens, and decorative paints for the students. After listening to the introduction and understanding the meaning of lanterns, students personally decorated different patterns and designs on the brightly colored lanterns. Some wrote poems in Chinese characters, some painted landscapes, and others adorned them with peach blossoms, signifying the welcoming of spring.
Coming to the Hanfu-wearing experience, students were not only introduced to the origin and changes of Hanfu across different dynasties but also learned some basic etiquette when wearing Hanfu through many visual videos and practical demonstrations. Taking photos in Hanfu was also an activity that students eagerly anticipated and responded to.

The program was a great success. The future promises many more beneficial activities for students studying Chinese at the Diplomatic Academy.
