Application requirements (Reamey 2016)

I. APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY

Applicants who can satisfy all of the THREE following criteria can apply:

1. Students from the 2^nd to 4^th year (including K40, K41, K42, LT04) at the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam

2. Students who have achieved high academic results, especially in English

- Students of English faculty: GPA >= 7.0, English grade >= 7.0

- Students of the other faculties: GPA >= 7.0, English grade >= 7.5

3. Students who have NOT received any financial supports or scholarships from the Academy in the academic year 2015 – 2016

4. Preference given to students with financial difficulties (family’s financial difficulties)

II. APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

1. Raymond Reamey scholarship application form (can be downloaded from the DAV’s website)

2. Certified transcript of latest GPA and English grade (of the academic year 2015-2016) (provided by Department of Academic Affairs)

III. APPLICATION PROCEDURE AND TIMELINE

Round 1: Submit your application form following the instruction below:

- Submission date: December 22^nd and December 23^rd

- 8.00 am – 11.00 a.m; 1.30 p.m – 4.30 p.m (December 22^nd)

- 8.00 am – 11.00 a.m, 1.30 p.m – 4.30 p.m (December 23^rd)

- Venue: 402B (5^th floor building)

Round 2: Scholarship Interview schedule will soon be announced (tentatively scheduled in late December 2016)

* Note: Only applicants who pass the first round will be contacted for a scholarship interview via email.

IV. SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS

Applicants who pass the final round will receive 3,000,000 VND and a certificate of merit.
