

On Monday, December 15th 2025, the English Faculty of the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam successfully organized the Third Scientific Research Seminar for English-Majored Students at the Geneva Room. The event continued the Faculty’s mission to promote academic inquiry, encourage student-led research, and strengthen a scholarly learning environment.
The seminar featured six presentations, selected from outstanding student research projects across various fields such as Critical Discourse Analysis and Translation and Interpreting Studies. Participants also had the opportunity to engage in a Q&A session and receive feedback from a distinguished panel of judges: Dr. Tran Thi Thanh Lien – Dean of the English Faculty, Dr. Tong Hung Tam, and Dr. Luong Ba Phuong.

The seminar began with welcoming remarks by Dr. Tran Thi Thanh Lien, who emphasized the significance of research competence in shaping students’ future academic and professional pathways.
After thoughtful deliberation, the judging panel announced the following awards:
