Students of the Faculty of International Economics visit Lai Xa Industrial Cluster

Tan Hoang Long Vietnam is a leading manufacturer of adhesive tape products supplying the domestic market and exported to other countries such as South Korea, Singapore, Japan,...  The adhesive tape production plant covers an area of over 4000m2 with imported machinery, equipment and manufacturing lines. The enterprise’s adhesive tape products are diverse regarding patterns and types, including OTP adhesive tape, insulation tape, paper tape, aluminum tape,... During the visit, students observed the production process from raw materials being inputted through processing stages, shaping, and cutting into small adhesive tape rolls. With the enthusiastic guidance and sharing of the Plant Management Board, the student group gained a clearer understanding of the adhesive tapes’ quality inspection process and product packaging process, preparing for the production process. 

After Tan Hoang Long, the second destination was the Ha Tay Packaging Printing Company. Founded in 2007, the company specializes in producing various types of packaging, including carton packaging, paper packaging, plastic packaging and film packaging. The company’s products are widely used in industrial sectors like food, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and others. Students had a chance to visit the factory, observe the production process of different packaging types. With the enthusiastic introduction, sharing of the Management Board, students learned more about the machinery kinds used in the factory.

The field trip was a great success. Representatives of the International Business Major of the 49th course expressed their gratitude to Mr. Nguyen Quang Doan, Tan Hoang Long Enterprise and Ha Tay Packaging Printing Company for creating conditions and organizing such a valuable and memorable tour for the students.
