Established in 2007 and operating under the Department of Education and Training, the Office of Student Affairs is responsible for political and ideological education, student administration, dormitory management, and overall student welfare. The Office implements scholarship programs, tuition waiver and reduction policies, provides career and internship counseling, supports international students, and works closely with academic faculties to foster discipline, enhance academic performance, and develop students’ professional skills.
The Office also collaborates with the Youth Union and the Student Association to organize cultural, sports, arts, academic, and community-engagement activities. In addition, it supports the Academy’s high-level delegation receptions and various international events.
Each year, the Office of Student Affairs supports thousands of Vietnamese and international students through key activities such as orientation week, skills workshops, and community-building programs. In the coming time, the Office will continue to advance digital transformation, strengthen student support services, and promote an inclusive and dynamic learning environment aligned with the Academy’s development strategy.
