The event gathered more than 200 students in an energetic and engaging atmosphere.

🤝 Before the workshop began, Dr. Nguyễn Vinh Thành delivered the opening remarks, presented flowers to the speakers, and expressed sincere appreciation for their contribution to the FOIEvolution series.

🎯 To begin the program, the two speakers worked with students to “decode” the finance landscape, clarifying the distinctions between corporate finance and investment, while outlining key development trends in the financial market in the era of global integration.

🎓 Building on the earlier insights, the speakers discussed career development in finance and the influence of technology and AI on the workplace. They emphasized that AI is merely a supportive tool - human judgment, reasoning, and integrity remain decisive factors. The session continued with “Decode CFA,” which captured students’ attention through practical reflections on the value of the CFA designation. CFA is not only a prestigious credential but also a rigorous journey that cultivates analytical thinking, discipline, and a global professional mindset, inspiring many students to envision future career pathways.

💡 The atmosphere grew even more dynamic during the minigame and Q&A session, where students eagerly raised questions about career directions, internship opportunities, and the importance of CFA for finance professionals. At the end of the program, the Organizing Committee presented appreciation gifts to the speakers in recognition of their valuable and heartfelt contributions.

🌿 Workshop FOIEvolution 03, themed “Decode Your Future – Elevate Your Career with CFA,” concluded in a warm and inspiring spirit, offering Diplomatic Academy students a clearer orientation toward careers in finance and investment, while motivating them to pursue their aspirations with confidence.
