Guide to the online admissions application process & Important notes

With many changes in the 2023 admissions regulations, students who wish to apply early to the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV) should pay special attention to the following points during the online application process:

📌 Admission methods of the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam in 2023:

- Direct admission and priority admission in accordance with regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training

- Early admission based on high school academic records

- Early admission based on interview results

- Admission based on the 2023 High School Graduation Examination results

📌 Application period: from May 20, 2023 to before 5:00 PM on May 30, 2023.

📌 For candidates applying via direct admission, priority admission (MOET regulations), early admission based on high school academic records, or early admission based on interview results: Candidates must register for early admission on the Academy’s admissions portal at: https://tuyensinh.dav.edu.vn and submit their application in person or by post to the Academy from May 20, 2023 to before 5:00 PM on May 30, 2023.

📌 For candidates applying based on the 2023 High School Graduation Examination results: Candidates DO NOT register on the Academy’s admissions portal. Instead, they must register for admission on the Ministry of Education and Training’s system or the National Public Service Portal following the guidance of their high school and MOET, from July 10, 2023 to before 5:00 PM on July 30, 2023.

📌 Applicants must include in their application file: The original receipt or a printed screenshot of the bank transfer confirming payment of the admission application fee, with the following details:

- Account name: Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam

- Account number: 26110003456668 – BIDV Trang An Branch

- Transfer description: Candidate’s full name_CCCD/ID number

📌 Submission method: Applicants may submit their documents in person during office hours at Floor 1, Building D, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, or send them by post.
