Guidelines for early admission application fee payment

📌 For students applying via direct admission, admission priority, or early admission to the regular undergraduate program, please pay the application fee as follows:

➤ Fee amount: 100,000 VND/application.

➤ Payment method: Bank transfer to the following account:

  • Account Name: Học viện Ngoại giao (Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam)
  • Account Number: 26110003456668 – BIDV Trang An Bank
  • Transfer Description: Full Name of candidate_ID Number (Candidates must write the correct syntax as instructed to avoid errors during application review)
  • NOTE:

- Candidates must upload the payment receipt or a screenshot of the transfer to the Online Admission Portal to complete the system registration.

- Additionally, candidates must include a copy of the payment receipt or a printed screenshot of the transfer in the hard-copy application package sent to the Academy as proof of payment.
