On Admission to Full-time Undergraduate Programs at
the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam
(Issued pursuant to Decision No422/QĐ-HVNG dated 20 March 2025, by the President of the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam)

Chapter I

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1. Scope of Regulation and Subjects of Application

1. These Regulations stipulate the principles, requirements, standards, procedures, authorities, and responsibilities of relevant parties involved in the admission process for full-time undergraduate programs at the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as “the Academy”)

2. These Regulations apply to all units, organizations and individuals involved in the undergraduate admission process for full-time undergraduate programs in which degrees are awarded by the President of the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. These Regulations do not apply to admissions for joint training programs in which degrees are awarded by foreign educational institutions.
