With a wealth of knowledge and experience, also being a pioneer in the field of preserving and promoting artistic creations, Director Viet Tu has inspired young diplomats in specialized content about the value of the culture industry and practices in Vietnam.

<Director Viet Tu shared at the workshop>

Director Viet Tu affirms that the national cultural and artistic values contribute to strengthening the country’s influence. Art and culture is a soft power correlated with political diplomacy and economics. This is clearly shown through the promotion strategy in creating influential cultural marks of some Western and Asian countries.

<Director Viet Tu's sharing attracted the special attention of Diplomatic students>

Accordingly, in the current social context, the spillover appearance of cultural performing arts programs which are not closely inspected for the quality or series of media and advertising events of brands had gradually made people become accustomed to the free artworks enjoyment.  The above reasons create a habit of spending no money to enjoy art creations, pushing artists into the dead end of creativity, which has created limitations in the creative industry in many artistic and economic activities in the field of culture.

In addition, the legal corridor has not been completed, the lack of sanctions on protecting intellectual property rights is a major barrier, limiting the creative motivation of artists.

The above situation is a bottleneck that needed to be removed, especially in the Vietnamese market. According to speaker Viet Tu, we can face the risk of becoming a "blind spot" in artistic creation. This explains the lack of major shows from internationally renowned artists in our country's market. Therefore, it is more important than ever to raise awareness of young people in particular and the people in general, along with the process of improving the institution of intellectual property protection for artistic achievements. .

Through sharing openly with an exciting question and answer session with students, Director Viet Tu has aroused an interest in learning and expanding multi-dimensional information from diplomatic students

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Hoang Linh says: “Similar events aim to give young diplomats a new perspective and comprehensive evaluation of the common rules of the country's international economic integration on many economic, cultural and economic perspectives business creating art and economic activities in the field of culture”
