To help students gain real-world exposure to the corporate environment and better understand business operations and workplace culture, on June 6, the Faculty of International Politics and Diplomacy (FIPAD) successfully organised an experiential field trip to several member companies of TH Group – one of the largest multi-sector corporations in Vietnam.
The program is the second activity in the FIPAD Career Orientation Series for the 2024–2025 academic year.

The visit brought together lecturers in charge of Career Orientation of FIPAD, representatives of member enterprises of TH Group, representatives of the sponsoring partner – the For Vietnamese Stature Foundation, and more than 30 students from various majors of the Faculty of International Politics and Diplomacy.
In a modern, dynamic, and professional working environment, students had the opportunity to tour different working spaces and explore the organisational structure and functional roles of departments within TH Group’s member companies — from External Relations, Communications, and Human Resources to specialised departments such as Strategic Planning and Sustainable Development. Each stop offered students the chance not only to listen but also to actively ask questions and engage in open exchanges with TH executives and specialists.

Beyond observation and learning, the program also featured an insightful and practical career talk focusing on job opportunities for students at major domestic enterprises, particularly TH Group. Business representatives presented recruitment criteria, essential skills for the modern workplace, and internship and employment opportunities that align with the strengths and academic backgrounds of students.
The value of the program lies not only in the practical knowledge gained but also in its role in motivating students to define their future career pathways more clearly. Through the visit, students developed new perspectives on corporate professionalism, communication competencies, adaptability, and the importance of bridging academic theory with the real demands of the labor market.
More than a career experience, the visit served as a meaningful connection between the university and the business sector in the joint effort to train high-quality human resources.
The activity was also held within the framework of the Student Development Initiative (DynaGen Initiative) implemented by the For Vietnamese Stature Foundation, with the companionship of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank and the Education & Times Newspaper (under the Ministry of Education and Training)
