On December 8, 2025, as part of her visit to Viet Nam, Professor Tao Yitao, Director-General of the Belt and Road Research Institute (Shenzhen) for International Cooperation and Development (BRRI), led a delegation from Shenzhen University to visit and hold a working session with the Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam.

On the morning of 5 December 2025, the Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam (DAV) hosted the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the DAV and the Diplomatic Academy “Augusto Ramírez Ocampo” (ARO), Colombia. Dr. Nguyen Hung Son, President of the Academy, chaired the ceremony and signed the MoU on behalf of the DAV. Representing the Colombian side was H.E. Ambassador Camila Polo Floréz, Ambassador of the Republic of Colombia to Viet Nam. The ceremony was attended by representatives of Department of the Americas of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam, representatives from the Embassy of Colombia in Hanoi, and leaders of various departments of the DAV.

On the afternoon of 26 November 2025, at the Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam (DAV), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Lan Anh, Vice President of the Academy, received H.E. Reinaldo Rafael Espinal, Ambassador of the Dominican Republic to Viet Nam, on the occasion of his courtesy visit and working session with the Academy.

On November 26, 2025, the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV) welcomed the delegation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine for a visit and exchange program at the Academy.
