TÓM TẮT NHỮNG ĐÓNG GÓP CHÍNH CỦA LUẬN ÁN

Luận án là một trong số ít công trình nghiên cứu tại Việt Nam và Campuchia đề cập đến vai trò của lĩnh vực dịch vụ tài chính trong quá trình hội nhập quốc tế nói chung và hội nhập khu vực của Vương quốc Campuchia nói riêng.

Luận án góp phần vào việc nghiên cứu chính sách đối nội nhằm phát triển chính sách đối ngoại của Campuchia trong quá trình hội nhập và giúp các nhà hoạch định chính sách thấy rõ hơn vai trò của lĩnh vực tài chính trong việc thúc đẩy sâu hơn quá trình hội nhập của Campuchia.

Luận án đóng góp cách nhìn và đánh giá về hội nhập kinh tế khu vực ASEAN cũng như quá trình hội nhập khu vực của Vương quốc Campuchia. Những phân tích về dịch vụ tài chính như một nhân tố thúc đẩy quá trình hội nhập của Campuchia trong luận án đã góp phần đưa dịch vụ tài chính vào danh sách các nhân tố thúc đẩy hội nhập quốc tế nói chung và hội nhập quốc tế của Campuchia nói riêng.

Trong chương 3 của luận án có đề cập đến một số biện pháp cụ thể về nâng cao vai trò của dịch vụ tài chính trong quá trình hội nhập của Campuchia. Thông qua các biện pháp đưa ra có thể giúp các nhà hoạch định chính sách thấy rõ hơn những hạn chế trong quá trình hội nhập của Campuchia, từ đó có thể tham khảo và triển khai các giải pháp phù hợp đã đưa ra trong luận án nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động hội nhập của Vương quốc Campuchia.

Luận án có thể sử dụng như một tài liệu tham khảo cho việc nghiên cứu và giảng dạy về quá trình hội nhập khu vực và quốc tế của Campuchia, về quan hệ kinh tế quốc tế của Campuchia, về vai trò của dịch vụ tài chính trong quan hệ quốc tế… Ở một mức độ nhất định, kết quả nghiên cứu của luận án có thể sử dụng làm tài liệu tham khảo cho các nhà hoạch định, thực thi chiến lược, chính sách tài chính nhằm thúc đẩy quá trình hội nhập của Campuchia ngày càng phát triển và mang lại nhiều lợi ích cả kinh tế, chính trị và quan hệ quốc tế.

 FINDINGS OF THE DISSERTATION

The dissertation is one of the few studies in Vietnam and Cambodia to mention the role of the financial services sector in the process of international integration in general and regional integration of the Kingdom of Cambodia in particular.

The dissertation contributes to the study of domestic policies to develop Cambodia's foreign policy in the integration process and help policy makers to see more clearly the role of the financial sector in promoting deeper integration of Cambodia.

The dissertation contributes view and assessment of regional economic integration of ASEAN as well as the process of regional integration of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The analysis of financial services as a factor promoting the integration of Cambodia in the dissertation has contributed to bringing financial services to the list of factors that promote international integration in general and international integration of Cambodia in particular.

In the third chapter of the dissertation refers to some specific measures to enhance the role of financial services in the integration of Cambodia. Through the measure could help policy makers to see more clearly the limitationsof integration of Cambodia, which can refer to and implement the appropriate solutions were given in the dissertation to improve the operational efficiency of integration of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The dissertation can be used as documentation in teaching and studying several subjects in the field of regional and international integration of Cambodia, international economic relations between Cambodia, the role of financial services in international relations, etc. To some degree, the result of the dissertation can be used as the documentation for planning, implementation strategies and financial policies to promote the Cambodia integration is growing and brings many benefits both economic, political and international relations to Cambodia.
